Every Vessel, A Promise

Every boat we build reflects our commitment to quality - no shortcuts, no empty promises.

How Do We Define Quality?

We focus on what we control - materials, craft and people.

Traceable Marine Aluminum

We use 5083 and 5052 marine aluminum-magnesium alloy plates,Comes with complete factory material certificate。Every board is registered,Full traceability from supplier to finished hull。

Certified Welding

Our welders are trained to international standards and hold certificates for work。Each weld is visually inspected;Key stress-bearing nodes adopt watertight penetration testing.。

In-House Watertight Test

Each hull is tested for water tightness,All systems pass sea trial inspection before delivery。We don’t outsource quality——Quality is under our own control。

Our Quality Control Process

From material to launch, every boat passes layer after layer of checks.

1

Material Verification

All aluminum alloy plates are verified against the factory material certificate。before cutting,Check dimensions and surface quality。

2

Precision Cut & Fit-Up

CNC cutting ensures precision。Components are assembled and inspected using templates,to minimize deformation。

3

Welding & Visual Inspection

Certified welders follow approved welding procedures。Each weld is visually inspected;Welds in key areas undergo more stringent inspections。

4

Watertight Pressure Test

Hull immersed in test pool,Technicians use their body weight to apply pressure from within——Simulate real usage conditions。Check each weld one by one for leaks,Ensure 100% watertight integrity and structural reliability。

5

On-Water Sea Trial

Launched in real water to verify stability, speed, handling and all systems (engine, steering, electrics).

6

Final Inspection & Warranty

Each item is checked against the customer brief, with a comprehensive 3-year structural warranty.

Every Boat Must Pass Our Two Core Tests

No shortcuts. No exceptions.

Watertight Integrity Test

We use the most traditional and reliable hydrostatic pressure testing method in the industry。The hull is placed in a dedicated test pool,Simulate actual working draft status。Technicians enter the cabin,Use your own body weight to exert external force,Simulate the pressure experienced by a ship's hull underwater。Then check each weld and joint one by one for signs of leakage。This rigorous test ensures that every aluminum alloy boat leaving the factory has excellent sealing performance and structural strength.,and will not have any impact on subsequent welding processes.。

Full Vessel Trial

Each ship is launched into the water for actual testing。We verify the stability one by one、Accelerate performance、top speed、Turning characteristics, and all mechanical and electrical systems,Make sure you get the boat,Performance as promised。
